Curwood’s FlexVac 2000 HS continuous-motion machine has demonstrated speeds nearly double that of traditional shingle-sliced bacon packaging equipment, creating an opportunity to dramatically reduce costs while maintaining exceptional quality.
The servo-powered FlexVac 2000 HS machine, controlled by a multi-tasking computer system, has run as fast as 100 packages per minute and currently runs at continuous speeds of 80 packages per minute. Features include stainless steel frames and removable door panels for easy washdown and maintenance.
